What this website is for

The website gives general information about Data Brainz AI and our services, including data architecture, data platform projects, data modelling and Data Vault, team skills training, career mentoring, mobile app development and technology trainings. It also lets you send us an enquiry.

The content is for general information only. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, current or free from errors, and we may change it at any time without notice.

Enquiries do not create a contract

Sending an enquiry, or receiving a reply from us, does not create a contract between you and us. A contract for consulting, development, mentoring or training is formed only when both parties agree the terms in writing, or, for a published training, when your registration is confirmed as described in our Training Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Prices

Prices on the website are indicative. They are shown in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless we say otherwise, for example "₹12,000 per participant + GST". GST and any other applicable taxes are charged at the rate required by law. The final price, including any offer or discount, is confirmed in writing, in your quotation, invoice or registration confirmation. If there is an obvious error in a price shown on the website, we are not bound by it.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, course outlines, articles, graphics, the Data Brainz AI and DataBrainzAI names and logo, and the design of the site, belong to DataBrainzAI LLP or are used with permission. They are protected by intellectual property law.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to our pages. You must not copy, republish, sell, modify or create derivative works from our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

When using the website, you must not:

  • use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful

Indemnity

If you break these terms, and we suffer loss or incur reasonable costs as a direct result, including reasonable legal fees, you agree to compensate us for that loss or those costs.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the website.
